The hotel was a great base for our city trip. the location was perfect with stunning mountain views. the staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to a lovely atmosphere. the hotel had nice amenities, including a clean pool and a playground that my kids enjoyed. the buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a wide range of options to suit all tastes - we particularly enjoyed the freshly squeezed juices and the Indonesian dishes.
Some parts of the hotel looked a bit old and run-down, and the room we stayed in could do with some updating.
